What Dktor is

Dktor is a directory of doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and labs in Iraq. It shows where places are, their opening hours and fees, and reviews from people who visited them, and it lets you send a booking request to a place.

Dktor is free for people looking for care. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Not medical advice, not for emergencies

• Dktor does not give medical advice, diagnose or treat. The doctors and places in Dktor are independent. They are responsible for the care they give.
• In an emergency, do not use Dktor. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
• Whether a pharmacy is on duty at night is set by the pharmacy. Call before you go.

Listings, fees and bookings

• Listings, hours and fees are given by the places themselves, or gathered from public sources. We work to keep them correct, but we cannot promise that every detail is current. Check with the place when it matters.
• A fee in Dktor is the place's own price for a visit. You pay it at the place, never in the app. The final amount is between you and the place.
• A booking is a request. The place confirms, changes or declines it. Please cancel in the app if you cannot come, so that someone else can take your time.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. You can book for a child or another person you care for.
• Give correct details, especially your name and phone number, because the place uses them to reach you.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

Reviews

Reviews help everyone choose. When you write one:

• Write about your own visit, honestly.
• Do not include anyone's private information, including health details, phone numbers or addresses.
• No insults, threats, hate, advertising or fake reviews, and no reviews of your own place or a competitor.

Places can reply to reviews, and anyone signed in can report one. We may hide or remove reviews that break these rules, and we may suspend accounts that keep breaking them. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give Dktor permission to show it in the app and on our pages.

For clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and labs

• Only add a place you own or are allowed to manage. We may ask for proof.
• Keep your listing, hours, doctors and fees correct, and answer bookings in time.
• You are responsible for your team's accounts and for what they do in Dktor, and for handling your patients' details lawfully.
• Use the details of people who book with you only to arrange and provide their visit.
• Some features for places may need a paid plan. Its price and terms are shown before you choose it.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or use Dktor to harm, deceive or harass anyone.
• Pretend to be a doctor, a place or another person.
• Copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or overload or break into our systems.
• Upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Our content

The Dktor name, logo, app and design belong to us. Map data is from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under its open licence.

Responsibility

Dktor is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the care a doctor or place gives, for a place's prices or decisions, for listing details that turn out to be wrong, or for losses caused by the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Dktor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing, that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We may update them. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Using Dktor after a change means you accept the updated terms.
