Your data
Delete your Dktor account
You can delete your account and personal data yourself, in the app, or ask us to do it. This page applies to the app Dktor (com.orangegroup.dktor) on Android and iOS.
Delete it in the app
- Open Dktor and sign in.
- Open the Me tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
- If you signed in with Apple, you are asked to confirm with Apple once more so that we can remove the link between Dktor and your Apple account.
Without the app
If you can no longer open the app, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Dktor account". Write from the e-mail address of the account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with.
We check that the request comes from you, and we may ask you to confirm by replying. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, e-mail address, phone number, photo, birth date and sex).
- Your reviews and saved places.
- Your registered devices, push tokens and notifications.
- Your membership in the team of any place.
- A place you alone own, with its listing and photos, when it has no other team members and no patients.
What stays
- A place's own record of the visits booked with it, such as the patient's name, phone number and the date. It belongs to the place, which may need it by law. Your account is no longer linked to it.
- A doctor's public listing, if you were a doctor. It stays in the directory but is no longer linked to your account.
- Error reports and usage signals. They carry no link to your name or e-mail address, and they are deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
If you never made an account
If a family member booked a visit for you, the place you visited holds that booking. To ask for it to be corrected or deleted, contact that place, or write to [email protected] and we will pass your request on.
